How It Works
Chondrodermatitis Nodularis Helicis (CNH) is a painful condition of the external ear caused by pressure, usually from sleeping on a standard pillow. They most frequently occur in people who sleep primarily on one side, and are also more common in elderly people, as the cartilage in the ear changes with age.
As with any pressure sore, the principal treatment for ear sores is removal of the pressure from the involved area, which is precisely what the SleepEasy CNH Pillow does.
