Shipping Policy
CNH Pillow, Inc. ships only to addresses within the United States and Canada. United States shipments are sent via UPS Ground. No P.O. boxes, please. Canadian shipments are sent via U.S. Mail and require an additional $10 fee.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it must be returned to CNH Pillow, Inc. within 10 days of the time you receive it in order to process a refund. Refunds are issued for product costs only, not for shipping and handling. CNH Pillow, Inc. cannot issue a refund if the plastic wrapping seal around the pillow is broken. (This is Texas state law - no exceptions.)
